Privacy Notice
This notice describes privacy practices for the PracticeNexa marketing website at practicenexa.com. It does not replace a comprehensive privacy policy for the PracticeNexa SaaS application at app.practicenexa.com, which may be governed by separate customer agreements and legal terms not published on this page.
Initial marketing-site notice published September 14, 2026. This is not presented as counsel-approved comprehensive policy language for all PracticeNexa services.
Information you choose to provide
The demo request form lets you enter business contact details and optional workflow interests. When you submit, that information is sent securely to PracticeNexa through a server-side process so we can respond to your demo request. Form values are not intentionally written to application logs. Delivery uses configured email infrastructure (see operational documentation); we do not operate a separate marketing CRM for these submissions.
Please do not submit patient names, medical information, insurance or member identifiers, or other protected health information through the marketing contact form. The form is not an approved channel for clinical or patient data.
Automatic and technical information
Like most websites, the marketing site may be served through hosting infrastructure that can process standard technical information (such as request metadata) needed to deliver pages securely. The marketing codebase reviewed for this notice does not integrate marketing analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.
Specific logging, retention, and subprocessors for production hosting have not been published here and require infrastructure and legal confirmation.
Cookies and browser storage
This marketing site does not intentionally use analytics or advertising cookies in its application code. Browsers may still store technical data (for example, related to fonts or hosting), and the separate PracticeNexa application may use its own cookies when you visit Sign In. We do not make a blanket "no cookies" claim for every possible technical behavior.
The demo request form keeps entered values in page memory only for the current session and does not persist them to localStorage or sessionStorage.
Demo and marketing materials
Product screenshots on this website use synthetic or demo clinic data. Real patient information is not intentionally used in marketing assets. Screenshots that cannot be confirmed as demo-safe are rejected rather than reused after editing to hide sensitive details.
Responsible demo-data practices support trust but do not by themselves constitute regulatory compliance.
Links to other sites and services
This site links to the PracticeNexa application and may link to other external resources. Those sites and services have their own privacy practices. We do not describe third-party policies on this page unless they are formally approved for publication.
Security
High-level security practices for PracticeNexa are described on the Security page. That page reflects product design and implementation themes reviewed for marketing — not compliance certifications.
Retention and deletion
Demo requests are delivered to an internal business inbox for follow-up. We do not maintain a separate marketing-database lead table in the marketing site codebase. How long inbound email is retained depends on your mail provider and internal practices, which are not specified on this page. Broader retention or deletion practices for technical logs, hosting systems, or SaaS application data are not stated here pending legal and operational review.
Privacy questions
For questions about this marketing-site notice, use the Contact page. Do not include patient or clinical information in your message. A dedicated privacy email address has not been published in this repository.
Changes to this notice
We may update this marketing-site notice when practices or implementation change. Material updates should be reflected on this page with a revised publication date when appropriate.
